Strength Training

Research, competitive outcomes and the first-person accounts of adaptive athletes have proven that cross-training is an excellent way to develop the competitive athlete.   Texas Rowing For All uses the services of Sean Ahmadi who is a Strengths & Conditioning trainer here in Austin.  Coach Ahmadi works out of Performance 360 Rehabilitation gym at Westlake Medical Center to help athletes develop  individualized strengths, nutrition, and conditioning plan.
